I am Sophie the owner here at Olive Grove Holistic Therapies.

My passion for health and wellbeing began well over a decade ago, with a dream of opening my own holistic wellbeing centre, which is still firmly the driving force behind what I do.

In the future, I hope to offer a full array of holistic and therapeutic services. The really big dream is to open a wellbeing centre that supports multiple therapies from talking therapies to holistic therapies and even a yoga class or two.

I am qualified and fully insured to provide Clinical Aromatherapy, Holistic Massage, Facials and Mindfulness therapeutic treatments.
