Cancellations Policy
We ask all clients to provide us with no less than 24 hours from your appointment time. We strongly recommend you provide a mobile number to ensure you receive SMS reminders to prevent missing appointments as we will charge for late cancellations and missed appointments. The reason we charge for missed appointments and late cancellations is to ensure we are able to cover the cost of our overheads. We hope you understand, and fully support this policy. Exceptions will of course be made at our discretion, for extenuating circumstances.
